About Our Recruitment Specialists
Experience and Education
Recruited from either corporate recruitment departments or recruitment agencies, all our recruitment specialists hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with the majority holding Master degrees typically in HR and Personnel Management. Following a rigid selection process, those recruited become Trainee Researchers and go through an internal six-month training program.
Training
Over the last two years we has developed an in-house training program that combines many practical and theoretical elements of Internet recruitment. Combining classroom training with one-on-one mentoring, Trainee Researchers generally graduate to Researchers after six months.
Specialist Skill
Before joining our team, researchers have often come from specialist industry sectors. This means that we can offer clients researchers and recruiters who have expert knowledge in specified areas.
