After we have a clear understanding of your position and candidate requirements, our researchers will start the posting, and searching process. We will screen incoming resumes from job postings and hunt for both passive and active candidates utilizing our unmatched toolbox of resources available. We’ll reach out to candidates via e-mail for information such as interest level and possible referrals. You’ll receive daily reports with our ALL of our findings and we will refine search criteria based on your feedback as needed.

2) HS Premium - Source, Screen and Engage

The difference between the solutions is the addition of the Engage component of the HS Premium which helps the process move further down the recruitment funnel. The Engage component offers professional level phone screening and initial interviewing of qualified candidates by highly experienced recruiters. We verify home and work phone numbers, address, current employment salary and interest level. This helps pinpoint the interested, qualified candidates that hiring managers are looking for.

3) HS Trial - Source and Screen for 2 days

We offer a one-time reduced price, 2 day trial of our sourcing and screening services.
